Minimum Qualifications is any of the following:
Education: High School diploma, completion of civilian or military radar electronics system course. Three years’ experience in phased array radar maintenance is recommended.

BASIC FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
The Radar Maintenance Technician maintains, repairs, and calibrates all mission radar equipment. Analyzes systems data, provides recommendations to resolve radar system degradation and failures. Operates the Maintenance Monitor Console (MMCO) and immediately informs Missile Warning Operations Crew Commander/Crew Chief of any failures, degradation, or system status change. Initiates recall actions for C E equipment, as directed, and obtain approval of any equipment removal. Will be knowledgeable with Computer Operations tasks and recovery procedures.
