Relevant Experience:
- Five years of experience in Civil Engineering Workorder integration and resource management tasks, with experience organizing and implementing facility repairs
- Identifying and resolving problems as they emerge to minimize issues and costs (time, manpower, and funds) and ensure compliance with facility maintenance requirements
- Ability to work independently, organizing and implementing programss, and managing numerous tasks concurrently
- Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills, with experience preparing cost estimates and statements of work; evaluating contractor quotes; reviewing documents for technical accuracy; and preparing technical manuals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Microsoft Project, and drafting programs
- Ability to work well with others, and mentor/train team members
- Flexibility to changing workloads
- Assisting with strategic planning
- Ability to quickly master DoD unique transportation logistics systems
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering – may be substituted for relevant work experience in Facility Management, integration experience or similar duties
Certifications/Licensing:
Security Clearance:
- Currently hold or be able to obtain and maintain the proper US DoD issued security clearance, which requires US Citizenship. Security clearance eligibility may be discussed during the interview phase.
- Employment and start date are contingent upon the candidate receiving the required US DoD issued interim security clearance
- Favorable completion of a National Agency Check with Local Agency Checks (NACLC) is required.
